Marvin has over 15 years of insolvency experience in all aspects of both corporate and personal insolvency procedures including dealing with Proceeds of Crime Act cases through the CPS, insolvency cases within the Dubai International Financial Centre, Jersey, Guernsey, Mauritius and cross border insolvencies within Europe. He also has a keen interest in corporate governance and insolvency having presented papers at international conferences and published several articles in legal journals. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering within his local and wider community utilising his skills and experience. As a champion of SME’s and an advocate of corporate restructuring he has undertaken a number of volunteer projects including advising and implementing the Credit Guarantee Fund of Mongolia and provided restructuring advice to a number of charitable organisations in the Gambia.
